The Global Event for Biotechnology

The Board of ANZACC Midwest would like to invite members and friends to BIO International Convention – May 3-6, 2010.

The BIO International Convention is the largest global event for the biotechnology industry, attracts the biggest names in biotech and provides insights and inspiration on the major trends affecting the industry: http://convention.bio.org/.  Keynote speakers this year include Bill Clinton, George W Bush and Al Gore among many industry VIPs.

Australia and New Zealand are always well represented at BIO and this year is no different.  Over 250 delegates from Australian biotech and pharma companies, research institutes and government agencies alone will descend on Chicago May 3-6, 2010 to participate in the Convention and Conference and to take advantage of numerous networking and partnering opportunities.  The Australian delegation is led by industry association AusBiotech and is supported locally by Austrade.

One of the most popular events at McCormick Place will be the annual Australia and New Zealand Wine Tasting which takes place at the Australian and New Zealand Pavilions.
